Welcome to my Real Resume - one that unveils my flaws and dislikes upfront without building fake facades. I consider this transparency the only fair approach toward potential employers/clients and myself.
What I’m Not Good At
- Pretending
- I can't sell. While I recognize its necessity in some cases, I won't do it. I focus on delivering technical solutions and I believe in honest, reliable work speaking for itself.
- I struggle with pitching that requires sugar-coating.
- Tolerating workplace inefficiencies
- Participating in unnecessary meetings.
- Working with people in one space and facing frequent interruptions. I need deep work and prefer syncing up after completing a chunk.
- Broken promises - I've seen too many opportunities die from repeated promise breakers. Break three and we're done.
- Following rigid corporate structures
- 9-to-5
- Operating without feeling true meaning or purpose.
- Working without a reasonable degree of creative freedom.
- Technical gaps
- I lack experience with low-level programming languages.
- Limited experience in system optimization and scaling.
